Phased construction kept this large Walmart Supercenter expansion on schedule. The supercenter went from 142,937 sf to 179,933 sf with the addition of 36,996 sf on a 740,955 sf site.

This project required two superintendents and a night carpenter since no work could be done on the weekends. Another key to the success of the project was making sure the subcontractors were pre-qualified, and that they followed the strict safety regulations put in place by R&O.
