Salt Lake City, Utah – Jan. 25, 2018 – The Associated General Contractors of Utah presented R&O Construction with the Utah State Division of Facilities and Construction Management (DFCM) Contractor of the Year Award at its 96^th Annual Convention on January 20^th.

R&O received this prestigious honor via unanimous vote from DFCM’s project managers and management team.

DFCM commended R&O for their recent construction of several significant and diverse projects, including durable and secure housing, higher education campus classroom building, higher education clinical service building, and a technical college trade building.

These successful projects used all three industry-recognized delivery methods (CM/GC, Design/Build and Low Bid.

DFCM and AGC lauded R&O for their professionalism, consistency in meeting needs, process ownership, quality, going the extra mile, providing costs that are fair and justified, timely completion, excellent subcontractor management, problem solving, and communication excellence. Additionally, DFCM recognized R&O Construction as being one of “best of the best” within Utah’s strong group of general contractors.
