OGDEN, Utah, October 18, 2017: R&O and its partners were recently recognized by ENR magazine for three outstanding projects in three different market segments.

• The first was the 351,000 square foot IKEA in Las Vegas. The store is the first and only IKEA in Las Vegas area and features an innovative solar powered system installed on the roof.
• The second was the 125,000 square foot Kihomac manufacturing and administration building in Layton, Utah. This project brought in more than 100 high paying technical jobs to the area to work for this military contractor.
• The third was the Volunteers of America Homeless Youth Resource Center in Salt Lake City. Focused on helping to get homeless youth back on their feet, this building can house up to 240 people per night.
