Rockwell Building

While this was new construction, the goal of the owner was to make the building look like a 100-year-old warehouse. This was achieved by using exposed rusted steel and historically gridded Quaker windows in this 30,250 sf building. The initial project included the shell of the building and the interior staircase. R&O provided value engineering and kept the owner informed every step of the way so there were no surprises. Once the core and shell were completed, R&O completed the interior tenant improvement.
