 OGDEN, Utah, Oct. 29, 2015: The “View on 20^th,” a new multifamily housing complex in downtown Ogden, managed by PEG Development and built by R&O Construction, will be holding its grand opening events tomorrow to celebrate its completion.

 A ribbon cutting will be held at the northwest corner of 20^th Street and Grant Avenue in Ogden at noon, Friday Oct. 30. Expected speakers include Ogden Mayor Caldwell.

 From 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. there will be a grand opening party open to the community and will include raffle giveaways, music, bounce house, balloon twisting, candy cannon launches, pumpkin decorating and a food truck rally.

 “We are honored anytime we have the privilege of building something like this in our own backyard,” Ogden-based R&O Construction President Slade Opheikens said. “This project is part of the city’s larger vision to continue to reshape its downtown community and we take great pride in building and completing it.”

 The new multifamily housing at The View on 20^th offers a uniquely luxurious apartment experience with one to two bedroom units ranging in size from 785 to 1449 sq. ft. and is located between the Ogden River and the downtown area.

 Units include spectacular views of the mountains and nearby Mormon temple. The also come with amenities like membership at the adjacent climbing gym, one gigabyte Internet service, granite countertops, an adventure park, fire pits, kayaking rentals, a bike washing station and a clubhouse with a great room for meetings or parties.
