The first phase of the Ogden Riverbend project is under construction by R&O Construction Company. The project, located at 1999 Grant Avenue consists of four new buildings. Three of the buildings are apartments with a total of 144 units and a total square footage of 171,678. The fourth building will house four condominiums on the second level with retail space below. Construction is wood framed with a garden style structure.

The project is being developed by Peg Development and designed by Beecher Walker Architects.
