Cowabunga Bay Waterpark built by R&O Construction was officially opened to the public on Friday, July 4. The much anticipated 23 acre leisure water park, with more than 400 new employees, includes more than 25 thrilling water slides and attractions and is located in the greater Las Vegas Area. The surf themed water park includes eight thrilling water slides, giant wave pool, lazy river (the largest in Nevada), delicious food, cabana rentals, VIP areas with a private pool, and “Cowabunga Kids Cove,” a miniature area of the park built especially for kids.
