Salt Lake City, Utah…R&O Construction’s Station Park Village in Farmington, Utah is Associated General Contractors of Utah’s Retail Project (over $10 million) of the Year. The award was presented at the AGC Convention Awards’ breakfast Saturday, January  25 at Little America in Salt Lake City.

R&O Construction is still putting the finishing touches on Phase II of the Station Park Village Center.  A 900,000 square ft. open air center, it includes retail and office space, restaurants, gym and pavilions, fountains, an ice rink and theatre.

The awards are judged by a select panel of judges on the following criteria: 1) Overcoming challenges and teamwork; 2) Safety; 3) Innovation and contribution to the industry and community; 4) Construction quality and craftsmanship, and 5) Function and aesthetic quality of the design.
