Las Vegas, NV…A Cowabunga Bay Water Park is coming to Henderson, Nevada. Located at the Galleria Drive at Sunset Mall, the water park will span nearly 23 acres and plans are to open in June 2013. R&O Construction, the general contractor, began grading the project today. The first Cowabunga Bay Water Park is located in Draper, Utah, but Henderson’s Park will have an additional 10 acres of pools and slides. R&O has built other aquatic parks and recreation centers in Nevada and Utah.
