Las Vegas, NV…A groundbreaking today will officially signal the start of construction that will upgrade two office buildings that have been vacant for nearly five years. Red Rock Capital LLC purchased the buildings at El Capitan Way and Patrick Lane in Las Vegas, and R&O Construction will complete both buildings and ready them for occupancy. 

The buildings are concrete tilt construction and each building footprint is 17,500 square feet. Both are two story office buildings.
