Salt Lake City, UT…The Weber State University Public Safety Building is Associated Builders and Contractors of Utah’s Excellence in Construction winner of the “Institutional Project from $2-$10 million” for 2014. The award was presented at their annual convention awards dinner on March 25 at Little America in Salt Lake City. Project Manager Trent Strayhorn and Superintendent Dallas Miller accepted the award for R&O Construction.

Housed in the facility are the WSU Police and Parking Services, and the new center is equipped to handle routine public safety, but designed to convert to an Emergency Operations Center in a campus emergency. 

R&O Construction is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors both nationally and locally.
