Hill Air Force Base, Utah…R&O Construction Company began construction yesterday on Phase II of the Falcon Hill Enhanced-Use Lease project at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The first building is a three-story office building of 76,182 square ft. on three acres and adjacent to the five-story office building occupied by Northrup Grumman.

Falcon Hill is the first public private partnership at Hill Air Force Base, and the largest enhanced-use lease project in the history of the Air Force. EUL is a method for funding construction on military property by allowing a private developer to lease underutilized property with rent paid by the developer in the form of in-kind services, and does not require government funds.
