Vineyard, Utah…Nestled in the Orem and Provo, Utah metropolitan area and Utah Lake, Vineyard, Utah will soon become less  known as the former Geneva Steel site and better known for lakefront view living. Castlewood Development and R&O Construction have teamed up to construct a 324 unit apartment complex located on 100 South Geneva Road, and adjacent to Geneva Road and Center Street in Orem. Amenities include detached garages, a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, open space and trails. The complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
