A new multi-family housing construction project being built to LEED Silver standards is currently underway by R&O Construction Company. Located in Anaheim, California is the Stonegate Apartment project which is being built in two phases. The first phase at 9051 Katella Ave. includes 38 units, and the second phase at 8911 Katella Ave. is 26 units. Some of the green elements include waste diversion, recycled content flooring and insulation, energy efficient lighting, Energy Star appliances and storm water management.

The project is owned by Payne Development, LLC, who R&O has built 15 other apartment projects for during the past 11 years.
