LongHorn Steakhouses are coming to Utah, and the first two are under construction by R&O Construction. Scheduled to open in December are the Longhorn Steakhouses located at 3650 Wall Avenue in Ogden, and 11346 S. River Heights in South Jordan, Utah.

LongHorn Steakhouses are owned by Darden Restaurants who own Red Lobsters, Olive Garden and others. There are 370 LongHorn Steakhouses in 35 states outside of Utah, and they are known for grilling inspired by the American West.
