An office interior that has been built to LEED® Silver certification, has been completed by R&O Construction, and is awaiting certification. LEED® or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is an internationally recognized mark of excellence. LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

The project was the 17th floor and 12,000 square ft. of an office building located at 222 South Main in Salt Lake City, Utah. Much of the construction was completed at night to avoid any noise disruption. Phillips Edison, a retail real estate company, is the tenant.

The architect on the project is GSBS Architects.
