Midvale, Utah…The Salt Lake County Public Works Administration Building at 617 West 6960 S. in Midvale, built by R&O Construction in 2010, has been notified that they acheived LEED Platinum Certification. Some of the energy efficient components of the Salt Lake County building include concrete walls, recycled glass countertops, the use of reclaimed trestle wood, bamboo floors and ceilings and energy efficient solar panels.
